Matos Architects Project Management is responsible for the planning, organising, securing and managing of resources to bring about the successful completion of our clients specific project goals and objectives. 

Due to our practice with building our own projects, defining the quantities and specifications has become our second nature. We use market values and estimate the projects as we would build them ourselves. The market varies quite fast, and we keep track.

The primary challenge of project management is to achieve all of the project goals and objectives.

From site selection, design proposals, planning and development, complete project management, including efficiently co-ordinating a team of specialists such as builders, engineers, surveyors, interior design and landscaping.

Work supervision renders us responsible on behalf of our client at the worksite. We are the independent technical fiduciaries that are responsible for guaranteeing the compliance of the project by the construction.

Building Survey?

Buildings are complex and imperfect objects.
Due to poor project design, execution or usage they develop anomalies. We can help you identify them and prescribe a possible solution. 
The Building Survey, which is frequently referred to by home buyers as a Structural Survey, does not include a valuation, but it can be incorporated into the service if requested.

For larger non-residential properties such as hotels, guesthouses, restaurants etc. we provide general advice on defects and can prepare schedules of condition.
